Hi Miguel,
As a simple and easy start-up guide you can use the first link from below - a step-by-step guide for eBay beginners and there you simply can't fail!
About the description - when you come to a point where you have to edit the description, you better choose HTML editing, not WYSIWYG editing because in HTML you'll be able to drop in great looking eBay templates from the second link below - just go there, claim the templates and when you get them just copy the code into HTML editor. As a result you'll gave professionally formatted listing.
You can then edit the description straight from the WYSIWYG editor - mention the products features, delivery and shipping price etc.
What eBay won't tell you is - you can use your own hosted images in the listings. For example, when you create a listing, eBay will offer you use the 1st picture for free and then pay for every additional image.
But they DON'T TELL you that you can simply insert an URL with the image - in fact, as many as you wish! - for no cost at all!
You just have to get your own domain name for a few bucks, open hosting account with the domain registrar for a few bucks a month, and then you can upload thousands of images and just drop the URL with the needed image into your listings.
Why is that important? Because people love when a product is described as thoroughly as possible, images taken from all sides etc!
For extra eBay info you can get yourself a FREE Video Course 'Fix My Auction' - just go to the third link!
Hope this helps a bit,
Rgds,
Robby
